Sell your goddamn economic accomplishments! Just the other day was another news story of how so many people are angry and feel lost because the Dems can’t fucken communicate their wins. They aren’t seeing this rosy economy, not because we have high inflation anymore, but because Dems are inept in relaying their victories to the public. This endless focus on meaningless issues is infuriating to average Joe’s who are trying trying to get by.

They need to be endlessly reminded WHY Democrats are better for them, for their wallet, for the country and even the planet. There are accomplishments right now that Republicans fight tooth and nail to stop, and after they somehow got passed, those same Republicans went home and took credit for them. They did this with the infrastructure bill. How can they get away with that? Because Democrats don’t advertise their successes. Just the other day was a doom and gloom article on how so many Americans think the economy is in the toilet, when it really isn’t. The economy is legitimately good well, but perception is not because Democrats have lost the ability to send a message out to voters. The only time you see them on the news is when they are endlessly wasting time on nonsense social issues for groups that represent a few percentage points of the total population, all while the majority of folks are out there, looking around and wondering when are Democrats going to think about them. Clearly this is too complicated for some of you retards to understand.

Hey Democrats, keep pushing that bullshit social agenda and blindly focusing on tiny fringe minority groups, instead of taking care of economic issues, and this won’t be the last time a defection happens.

There are a whole lot of people who don’t see economic policies from the Dems and are sick and tired of seeing elected officials endlessly waste all their time and political capital on non-issues.

The hiring process should be race-blind, so anything a DEI department does runs counter to being unbiased. If they a promoting one group over others, then that right there is racists or sexist, etc. Hire people on merit. Period.

Seems soooo much more complex than simply using regular noise canceling technology which we’ve had for ages now. In my previous company it was amazing how well it worked. You could be maybe 5 feet away from someone you could hear them perfectly fine, but move 10 feet away and everything was just muted down. One day we had some electrical problems and the system was down, and that’s when you really could notice how well the system worked because you could hear people all the way from the other side of the building when before when the system was running those noises were totally gone.

Whether real or a toy, you need a specific environment to get a good picture with them. It just doesn’t make a ton of sense to me to get a projector when TVs are so dirt cheap these days.

Yeah, except it does in states that run properly which is why my state has some of the highest paid teachers in the entire country. Maybe leave whatever shithole state you live in if you can’t control what your legislators vote on. Or you know, get off your lazy ass and vote come next election cycle.

It made race a deciding factor for a whole lot of college admission choices or job offers and such.

It put race at the head of a decision that should be otherwise be decided by merit. When you decide things by merit, you end up favoring one race over another. These decisions should be race-blind. Pick the best damn candidate.

When Obama was first elected, we had some talking about a post-race world. Great! So why the hell should we continue to discriminate against certain groups simply because of the color of their skin.

That’s the beauty of supply and demand. If the supply of teachers goes down, then at some point the pay has to go up to fill that need.

I’m not disputing that and I’m not saying that teachers shouldn’t be paid more. You’re missing what I am saying. I am simply stating that if money is a consideration (and it is for just about everyone), then you should be looking up what jobs pay in a certain field before you even start your studies. And this goes for more than just teaching. I hear this all the time of how people are surprised that X field pays like shit… well how the fuck did you get through 2 or 4 or more years of school and not look up what the job prospects are?!?
