But according to Trump the president doesn’t have to actually obey the constitution. That’s partially what the Supreme Court is deciding on.
If that’s how this is ruled, he should do all of that… and then purge and replace the supreme court. Then appoint Hunter as the next president, just to twist the knife.
That would be amazing, or if he installed Kamala Harris, or Barak Obama. MAGA heads would explode from the racist outbursts that cannot be contained.

The Colorado supreme court ruled that Trump is ineligible to hold office under the 14th amendment as he’s an insurrectionist. This would have taken Trump out of the 2024 primary in Colorado. However, Trump has brought this case to the supreme court and the ruling has been suspended.
