          Makes perfect sense, AND is logically consistent, if you realize the GOP believes Democrats are inherently treasonous, and that the Constitution should be interpreted only as it was when written (i.e. as a vehicle to establish a settler-colonialist white ethnostate that allowed slavery).

      But according to Trump the president doesn’t have to actually obey the constitution. That’s partially what the Supreme Court is deciding on.

          That would be amazing, or if he installed Kamala Harris, or Barak Obama. MAGA heads would explode from the racist outbursts that cannot be contained.

          The Colorado supreme court ruled that Trump is ineligible to hold office under the 14th amendment as he’s an insurrectionist. This would have taken Trump out of the 2024 primary in Colorado. However, Trump has brought this case to the supreme court and the ruling has been suspended.
