    This also means people assign a negative bias to men, it s relevant in educstion. Studies have found teachers are more likely to find the behavior of a male student wrong even if they did nothing wrong and/or the same behavior was done by a female student, they also will observe male students more then female.

    Also, learning or behavioral conditions are less likely to be recognized in female studies. For example a young student that is hyper focused on rules, does not speak up, stays very still, etc when that is not age expected behavior, observers will commonly attribute such behavior as “lady like” and ignore obvios signs of behavioral conditions.

    yay for unconscious bias training that is now getting persecuted…

      The goal is for the world to remain broken by force rather than improved because it’s better. Anticompetitive behavior is inherent to conservatives who get mad because bad.

    I recall doing an online gender test on IDR labs. In some testing, if you filled out the responses by self describing with personality traits that are generally seen as good, the result is 100% woman.

    If you fill it out as a complete asshole the result is 100% man. The bias is real.

      I think that many men turn out to be assholes because they have to compete for attention their whole life. Nobody loves them or respects them just for who they are; they constantly have to do something exciting to get attention at all. Women are loved just because they’re lovable. As a consequence, they don’t need to do the crazy shit that men have to do to get attention.

      As a consequence, you see the most daring/desperate men develop the craziest of tricks to get any attention at all, which in turn is often annoying and blatantly being an asshole. Women don’t do that because they don’t have to do that. A woman doesn’t need to put “food on the table” to be worth something. Women have intrinsic value. Men only have value through their usefulness.

      At least that’s my observation.
