There are Ethiopians in the Knesset. There are also Ethiopians in the Media and in high positions in the army.
There used to be very obvious racism against Mizrahi, Indian and Russian Jews from the later aliyot years ago. But things are different now.
The issue now is more an issue of tribalism rather than racism.
For example, you’ll see animosity between different groups of Mizrahi Jews or even different groups of Yemenite Jews much more often these days, as compared to other groups.
Or between different branches of Judaism.
