I mean in Cali you could be tossed out of your trailer and have been a millionaire. But I do agree, leave high cost areas, spread out the country instead of all this piled into city bullshit, make work from home a thing unless you need to be there in person (I mean like a job that requires you to be there, not just because the micro managers say they cant see what your doing BS).
