      Yes. They just choose to believe that stuff never actually happened, and all evidence must be fabricated. They might sprinkle in “it must have been justified”, if they’re really cornered.

      Basically, it’s flat Earth theory for geopolitics, the point is believing the opposite of what everyone else does. The communist stuff is just decoration on top.

      They’re not, they are criticizing that and having a more nuanced conversation about the role of capitalism in this situation.

      That user is just obsessed with them. Even if they clearly have never been in those communities to see for themselves

        No, I’ve definitely spent plenty of time in the leftosphere.

        Who are “they”, here? MLs that support Assad seem like a majority, or at least were until recent events. The only “nuance” tends to be if Assad’s totally cool or if you should just critically support him for being against America (because there’s only two sides, right?).
