For the record, Portland doesn’t have a beef with adult content provided:
a) It’s appropriately marked NSFW.
b) It’s not, ahem, “borrowed” content from elsewhere.
c) It’s somehow related to Portland.I mean, Portland is a strip club capital for a reason… I’m not going to be a prude about it.
Reminds me of an old video game that had a curse word filter.
You couldn’t say “Nice shoes!” because it would come out “Nice s****!”
Same for “basement” (ba*****t) and “Saturday” (Sa****ay).

Continuing to work for the same company will only provide +2% to +4% per year regardless of knowledge gained. You aren’t paid for how much you know.
To get the large gains in income, you have to re-set your salary by changing jobs, at which point you get one big bump, then go back to +2% to +4% per year.

Decades ago the DMV spent millions upgrading to OS2/Warp only to find out it didn’t work with their printers or other equipment.
There was some issue with City of Portland Water Bureau too.
The classic fiasco was the health care exchange bungled by Oracle, there were lawsuits over that one.

Notably the 4th film in the “Divergent” series was never made, although we got the first 3. The 3rd was a rushed failure.

Definitely getting into uncharted territory because the 38th state didn’t ratify until after a) the deadline had long since passed and b) 5 states had already “de-ratified”.
So, yes, 38 states have ratified the amendment, but only 33 currently.
