      Genuinely asking because of past events like this one:

      Amnesty International has documented that Ukrainian forces have been using hospitals as de facto military bases in five locations, a clear violation of international humanitarian law. In some instances, soldiers were even seen firing from near the hospital, turning these civilian structures into military targets and endangering lives.
