Dukat had a daughter (Ziyal I think), but I don’t think Garak had one. Its not easy keeping up with the cardassians.
Dukat had several children but only one is seen on screen. Garak probably doesn’t have any children, but since Garak has a rare gift for obfuscation no one but truly knows. I’ve seen Keeping Up With The Carrdassians 9 wayyyy too many times.
