日本の人口は2070年に8700万人に減少すると推計され、「地方創生」という言葉が空疎に響くほど東京一極集中が進んでいる。「人新世の『資本論』」で知られる東京大准教授の斎藤幸平さん（36）はこの状況をどう捉えているのだろう。研究室を訪ねると、気鋭の学者は「超格差社会」の現実を見据えていた。【聞き手
