At my age, having muscles like that is the true pipe dream.

I’m 45 and I still have that dream.
Just about 51. No way I can get there without doing things That would probably kill me. My focus now is health and fitness, not aesthetics.
I don’t think you have to do intense workouts to achieve that. The gallon of water will be emptied eventually if it loses water slowly, like 1 droplet per day.
The problem for me, though, is that I love food too much. I can be diligent for a couple of weeks, but if I do something out of the ordinary, like going to a party or traveling, diligence is out of the window.
