Bit of advice, get a £3 respberry pi pico, and program it to emulate a slightly wiggling mouse. That will convince most apps on less intrusive work setups that just use ms teams or google chat for idle monitoring that you’re still working hard instead of making a sandwich or having a quick pop down to the pub.
Fair enough, though My work laptop doesnt allow running any program that isnt authorised, so £3 isn’t a big deal if it lets me kick back for even half an hour, let alone entire shifts on slower days.

This suggestion is praxis but I’m not going to lie, I just wrote a mouse jiggler program using robotjs and use that.
