Pain dont le levain n’a pas levé, donc j’ai balancé un sachet de levure dans la pâte avant la cuisson. Ça fonctionne !

Not too bad actually ! We haven’t got to the big dark bits yet, but it’s really nicely and loudly crispy.
It’s called pain for a reason.
