If you don’t, no need to reply telling me you don’t. I live in the woods with some critters. I live pretty far from neighbors/police so having a gun gives me peace of mind. I also hunt and consider myself a gun hobbiest. I enjoy shooting targets, cleaning/organizing, reloading and earning food with guns.
Don’t need, don’t own, kinda want (because I like shooting), but I can’t be arsed. Besides, I really should not pick up another expensive hobby. Plus I take firearm safety very seriously, and I don’t have a practical way of keeping it safe and secure.
My next gun will be my first .22lr (far overdue for one) and I’ve decided that for hobby needs theres a 150 dollar rifle that will hit the right spot, and for 3.99ea I can get 50 rounds. Idk your budget but if I mainly shot .22lr shooting would be among if not my least expensive hobby.
You CAN shoot cheap. Its not as fun though.
