One of my favorite motorcycle YT channel randomly decided to get into algorithms.

For anyone looking for a quick summary, he talks about how algorithms are binning/homogenizing people into a narrowing number of categories by selecting for engagement along local maximums. Ensuring that everyone is fed the most easily obtainable engagement bait regardless of whether it truly caters to their individual interests. At least, that’s what I got from it.
The title, the thumbnail, the community… literally no way to tell what this is about lol
Which is why I am adopting it as my new religion. It fits anything I need.
