The tragedy of Gaza is not that no one wanted to pick up arms against the Israelis, the tragedy is that so many nations including Arab ones could diplomatically stop it (sanctions, oil embargo, etc) yet they didn’t

oh yeah, this went great in iraq , vietnam and afganistan. Go for it US, give more weapons to both israel and palestine, and see how much more peace comes out.
@Skullgrid I wish they gave weapons to Palestine, they could at least defend themselves. All they have given them is blockade, 2000 pound bombs and billions to Israel to keep on murdering innocent people with total impunity
Nobody said to give weapons to palestine, they said military intervention. That usually means by external forces.
America is the oppressor here, no one expects the US to protect Palestine…
