    In the footage the driver can be heard briefly asking if the rider is okay, but then leaves the scene as the cyclist shakes her head.

    So basically a hit and run. Thats another crime that the driver should be prosecuted for.

      It’s not a crime if it’s just a cyclist. I’m sure they weren’t wearing enough high Viz or something.
