Yves Rocher still sales in Russia. Shame on them.
AFAIK they’re at least partially owned by Nestle, so their products are a definite no-no.
Solid shampoo here, everyone should switch imo
Any solid anti dandruff shampoo?
After a lifetime of dealing with dandruff, I’ve recently discovered the best anti-dandruff shampoo in the world, hands down: hot water.
No shampoo at all. Just scrubbing with hot water every two-three days. After about a month or two the scalp stops overcompensating for the degreasing effect of shampoos and calms down. The first month will be pretty itchy and dandruffy though. Tapering out shampoo use gradually and some spray-on/drip-on anti-seboreic dermatitis lotion can keep things under control until the scalp normalizes.
I think this was the video that I first got the idea from:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmDBYsRJN7A
Just pour it out in a bowl an keep it in the freezer.
Ebay my friend
are you telling me to search eBay for shampoo or is there a brand of shampoo called ebay because if it is the latter I can not find it behind all the links for people on ebay selling shampoo.
Any particular recommendations?
Idk I buy a generic one at the supermarket, I’ve seen there’s plenty of choice on ebay tho
Have you happened to see any with no or truly mild perfume? I’ve been looking on and off through the years without finding any
Nope,I never considered the smell an issue so I don’t chose based on that criteria.
Understandable, thanks
I use Valquer because:
- it stopped my dandruff
- can buy in big quantities
Garnier, L’Oreal, Rituals
Lavera, an eco-brand from Hannover (Germany)
I like Slovak brand Soaphoria. They’re focused on making ecological and natural products. Especially their solid shampoos are great (it’s also worth noting, that they’re only packaged in a paper box, not in a big plastic bottle).
Other brand that I like (even though it’s not really a hair-shampoo brand) is Floris London. They only have a single shampoo, but I have very good results out of that. But this one is a bit on the pricier side compared to Soaphoria.
I prefer the other Rocher, far easier on the digestive system
Der-med.
I love polish brand Ziaja, but I will be Testing a Shampoo form Yves Rocher which I got for free 🤭
I miss the cheap big gallon jugs of egg cream shampoo you could buy in the 70’s. /s
I love the own brands form Rossmann (German but starting to expand) and for shampoo specifically have mostly switched to solid bars. Gels only for travel 😉
I’m OOTL, what’s wrong with H&S? (Besides not being European)
Arbre vert has been treating my hair pretty well
I like Faith In Nature. Vegan, natural ingredients, recycled/recyclable packaging, cruelty free. Smells lovely too.
