These sorts of things aren’t resolved in a matter of days or weeks. Depending on how thorough the investigation is, how cooperative all parties involved are, and how much time per week is dedicated to the investigation we could be well into next year before anything is even announced (if anything ever is).
Third party investigations like this take time to perform. Unlike the company itself, who probably want to have it done as quickly as possible to move forward, they are hired to find out the truth, or as close to the truth as they can get, and that simply takes time to properly investigate. Not everyone will be available to talk immediately. They may need to contact other previous employees to gather additional information for context. LMG is a large company, with a lot of current and former employees that might have information useful to the investigation. Talking to everyone takes time, then sorting through all that info and doing follow up questions with more information for additional context takes even longer.
Investigations like this, done properly, take months, if not years depending on how cooperative and truthful people are during the process.
Hopefully still a work in progress.
I think that’s a bit more serious than general public drama to be expecting something as if we were the victims, the way Madison wrote her story I don’t think she’s thrilled about making it all public whether it gets resolved or not, and certainly I wouldn’t expect her to want it before everything is properly addressed.
If we’re talking about legal action, that can take ages.
Does Linus still even have an audience?
