I had a new pool water heating system installed 8 years ago. I noticed it was leaking and the bottom line was that 8 out of 10 pads had ruptured. They replaced them all under warranty. I could tell they were none too happy to just eat a day of labor costs, even if they were able to pass the parts cost on to the manufacturer. They had the nerve to bill me $59 for the initial service call where they responded to my inquiry though. I told them they should watch their mailbox for my check.
