Good news! We retroactively updated out TOS so all the spying weve been doing is now automatically agreed on!
Would not surprise me if Must tried to get his product labeled as a service. Service providers have so much control over their consumer base that it must make musk drool.
I bet It’ll just be a user agreement notification of a change (“we’ve updated our privacy policy”) or require your consent before you are able to drive after an update. Toyota telematics systems are opt-in unless you call in.
