What are you implying here? I barely had any posts because I don’t come on here very often and when I do, I mostly lurk. I merely wanted people’s opinions and I posted on the appropriate instance. What’s the problem?

I’m not criticising Palestinians for their religiosity. I’m criticising Hakim for his idealist assertions in the community post.
Sorry, I don’t use Hexbear. Could you please give me a link to the post?
But isn’t religion a source of false consolation? The real consolation would of course be the improvement of material conditions.
It certainly helps people cope with day to day life under capitalism, but eventually it needs to go.
If necessity is not a concern then you should only learn a language if you want to, not because you feel like you have to. Learning a language is an incredibly long and arduous process so the will and the desire to learn it has to be there.
When people blast loud bassy music like my shitty neighbour is doing right now. Are some people allergic to headphones or something?
Unfathomable swag 😎
You made it seem like she died
No. I want peace and quiet.
Absolutely. Most people are redeemable. Fascists, rapists and child molesters are NOT. The fact that so many people think otherwise is concerning.
Thank you <3
Marx was a g*mer
When I learned about the atrocities that were committed by the British Empire, especially in India (I’m of Indian descent so that was of particular interest to me). I needed an outlet for my hatred of Anglos and I somehow discovered Genzedong. The memes were hilarious and simultaneously enlightening. One thing lead to another and I found myself supporting AES and eventually reading theory.
I was previously on the path to anarchism so I’m really glad I found GZD before I became a baby-brained idealist.
The rest is history.
Apparently Kollontai didn’t develop the Glass of Water theory. I don’t know how true that is, since I’ve never even heard of Kollontai until I read your post, but this article is an interesting read nonetheless: https://www.marxists.org/history/etol/newspape/atc/1724.html
Here are the 12 commandments:
Sexual life shall not develop too early among the proletariat.
Thou shalt exercise sexual restraint until marriage, and marriage shall take place only upon full social and biological maturity (20-25 years).
Sexual relations shall be the culmination of a deep and comprehensive sympathy and attachment to the object of thy sexual love.
The sexual act shall be the final link in a chain of deep and complex experiences binding the lovers together at that moment.
The sexual act shall not be repeated often.
Thou shalt not often change thy sexual object. There shall be less sexual variation.
Love shall be monogamous and monoandrous (one wife, one husband).
Every sexual act must be committed without forgetting the possibility of conceiving a child – thou shalt always remember thy progeny.
Sexual selection shall always be conducted along the lines of revolutionary-proletarian class objectives. Elements of flirtation, skirt-chasing, coquetry, and other particular methods of sexual conquest must not be introduced into love relations.
Thou shalt not be jealous.
Thou shalt not engage in sexual perversions.
In the interest of revolutionary expedience, class shall have the right to interfere in the sexual life of its co-members; the sexual shall always be subordinate to class interests, never interfering with the latter, but shall always serve it.
I’m currently stuck in intermediate purgatory in Spanish (I can understand a lot but I struggle to construct my own sentences). I love the language, as well as Latin America, and I really want to become fluent.
After Spanish, there’s maybe 2 more languages in which I would like to be fluent (Russian and Mandarin) and a few more in which I would like to be more or less conversational (Romanian, Hungarian, Korean, Persian, Cantonese, Serbian)
Also Neil Druckmann is an Isr*eli. Look up his inspiration for the game
Thankfully they’re not doing well. I haven’t watched any of their matches but I hope there’s at least a few people in the crowd who are booing them and waving Palestinian flags, although I wouldn’t be surprised if such actions are penalised.
