I use FitoTrack, which I found on FDroid. It’s reliant on third parties (Mastodon, etc) for sharing, but it does all that.

19·1 month agoExcept all those times where you learnt how to do something when you set it up years ago, and haven’t touched it since because it just bloody works. Then when you need to upgrade to a new machine you have to learn it all again.
Been using Linux for thirty years and it still happens.

1·2 months agoIt has all of them, but it’s bare bones and doesn’t scale well. The instance where I have an account regularly falls over - sometimes for months at a time. Most of my friends there haven’t returned.
I don’t feel it’s currently a viable Facebook alternative, and it would need monumental amounts of work for it to become one.









But it’s cheaper for the studios. That’s why it’s here to stay - until something cheaper comes along.
