Looks similar to my old config except my 1060 had 6gb. I’d say this is pretty balanced, if you upgrade the GPU you’ll get bottlenecked by CPU, at least in my experience that was the case. I guess a smaller GPU upgrade (say, to a 1080 Ti) could work but I’m not sure it’s worth it financially. I’d say keep it as is.
I think USB-C was planned to also be a unidirectional display connector. Maybe it’ll even get there in 10 years.
The rich don’t care about your bootlicking

Hell yeah, more compact cars please
Well there is the “not your doggy business” (as in, you’re the dog/bitch, and this is not your fucking business), but it’s rarely used now and it’s also not super special
That is interesting!
I wonder if future historians will join this series of disconnected (so far) conflicts under one umbrella of “World War 3” starting on 24.02.2022. Shit gets more and more global every day.

Still safer for users than no updates at all

Me when it’s my second day on the job and there’s a mushroom cloud in the distance
It’s so sad that Like a Dragon series is now at its peak and it could benefit from that system massively, but can’t. And by the time this patent runs out, it will probably already run its course.
It is quite similar in mechanics. It’s a small sandbox and you also have superpowers just like Dishonored. It’s pretty different in the overall vibe and obviously more gun-focused. I think you’ll enjoy it, and since it’s free it’s easy to try.

In Russian there’s a “Такие дела”, which means something like “Things are like that”

Not sure about hardcore Doom fans but the game looks uninteresting to me specifically. It’s like a polar opposite from Doom 2016 judging by all the videos I’ve seen. Don’t really care about the higher price, I’d get it if I liked it but it really doesn’t click for me.

Lol, I’ve read this headline and thought “thank fuck, probably the only option to have Discord’s content readable”, I like how universal this opinion is

Can’t wait for his disciples to butcher the unclear message left by the boss and turn it into the opposite of what he would’ve wanted

The first BIGMODE-type game
Good for those people. Unfortunately, Windows has other use cases outside of gaming, and I’m not planning to switch to Linux because it won’t be able to cover those for me.
I just don’t want to see something like “Half-Life 3, built first for Steam Hardware” in an announcement five years later, and ending up having some issues on Windows because that was not a priority. So far, Valve only keeps improving their platform to hook everyone on the Steam ecosystem, but we can’t be sure of their next steps. No one is immune to increasing profit margins, even Valve.
