I got diagnosed pretty early compared to most of my friends, and it still got attributed to laziness.

Failed to remove undesirable elements of their society
I imagine (heh) representative art is much older, but most of it got destroyed (rotting), but it’s also important to remember that this is getting close to where there were less humans than students in my city’s smallest university, so… idk what to make of that. Representative art strikes me as something that would be invented many times
I think with the whole dox, you kinda have to choose between which online identity you want to post to. I’ve had to think about this. :/ Sometimes I just go “eh, I’m not out there enough to dox”, but plenty of people have gotten worse for less
Pretty old, but classic.
I wonder if such warnings are being issued amongst our democracy loving volunteer formations.
I’m sure it still happens a bunch, I got a random orbital sander second hand for quite cheap. No one sniped me, but it’s not like its a rare collectible.
Nah, eBay is mostly warehouse vendors now. I find it a little odd if I find an old school second hand item with bids. Also, at least in my country, most of the warehouse vendors offer free shipping. Aliexpress is generally cheaper per item tho
Idk if this helps. I just feel kinda itchy now
I have to ration disk space and internet here is typically not amazing
Kinda depends. Cop on duty? Probably not. Politician or business owner? Unless they can directly affect you, annoying banter. If they can directly affect you, based on vibes.
Um, we make fun of our authority figures but also believe the worst of them whatever they say about our national enemies (regarding Australia, national enemies include China, immigrants, the poor etc). There is more standard capitalist deference as well, you’re not going to slag someone who can fire you (to their face). And people are constantly ladder climbing as well, so there’s this sort of jockeying to have good banter while not creating enemies more powerful than you. I hate it. Its hard to navigate and people hide some real barbs behind “its a joke”.
idk how to change culture >.>
Actually, you’re right. There is literally nothing the US could do. Ignore these other people.
Sometimes. I have a hard time when to prioritise my own needs against other people’s, so I wind up vacillating between very meek and belligerent kinda randomly. Especially when it comes to social needs (e.g. if it feels like someone else is dominating a conversation with their topic of interest, and I have something I wanted to say about something 3 minutes ago but the person hasn’t stopped talking, idk what do).
After 15 minutes I switch tasks and come back to it at a later date. Do the dishes or something
Idek where it comes from here, I don’t remember it at school at all
It’s gospel here in Australia. You’re super massively weird if you don’t believe it
I remember getting into an argument on here just after federation (I think) about how would western powers “invent” ten thousand dead people, as though the three sources for that number couldn’t just lie (none of whom were there). They were getting quite heated but also lots of laugh reacts???
I’ve taken a habit of quickly saying I don’t remember names well in some spaces. It comes up a lot in volunteering and activist spaces, where you might meet a dozen people at the same time and then not again for another month. Everyone has a quick laugh and forgives each other for forgetting their names.
(I feel weird if people refer to me by name, which probably says something about my relationship with myself)
Certainly locally, where I am
