“We beat you to it bitches. And while you’ve spent 9 years on your labor of love and and made nothing from it, we will make tens of millions. Here’s a couple copies of our shittily optimized remaster just to rub it in :)”

I see this posted a lot. Is this actually true?
Curious thought: Is this meme becoming less relevant as time goes on? I feel like many more dads now are/were gamers and wouldn’t be as obtuse when it comes to their kids playing games.
I’ll bite I guess. I use Firefox with ublock to browse two niche communities. One is for the small city I live in which is relatively active and a very useful source of local news/events info. I’ll stop using reddit if I can’t use an ad blocker or if they make me use an app etc.
I really just don’t understand this. Folks will not lift a finger or a brain cell to figure out tech.

In the same post you’re both telling people to politely answer the phone on their days off and to quit the job over minor annoyances. So which is it? Gaslighting bullshit
If this is what made you ask, “WTF, Yeezy?” may I ask which rock you’ve been living under so that I can catch some peace and quiet too?
I brought up the conflict of interest to a trump coworker and he deadass said, “I get the conflict of interest, but I just don’t care.” The mask is fully off.
Edit: not that I’m surprised, just depressed and somewhat bewildered
Are you this guy?
Ok so attacking the people who are on your side does what exactly?
Lmao “except France”
Yep, my main has around 400 and I don’t even want to think about adding up all the many alts and dead HC characters at this point … They don’t call it world of warcrack for no reason. I will say I have had a ton of fun with it over the last 15 years. I’ve only played casually witha few very brief stints of raiding a little more seriously.
Interesting read. Thanks for sharing. If you don’t mind me asking, does your wife experience burnout and if so, what kinds of strategies do you all employ to manage that burnout?
I’ve trained a lot of 18-22 y/os in the last 10 years and they are fine. Let’s not become the boomers please…
