I thought I did a pretty great job with this GIF. 29 seconds at 12 fps at 400x225, coming within a few KB of Fedia’s 5.72MB upload limit. It’s worth the optimization if this reaches someone who needs to see it. There’s just one catch. If you look any deeper into Mechrot’s portfolio, they usually inflate…um…people. But hey, if that’s your thing, you’re welcome.

That’s goals for me. If you’re not supposed to use magic for fun, is it really magic?

I went back and played June 24th’s puzzle.

I’m using Cromite, and I also got stuck on a static Loading screen until I allowed JavaScript JIT to run. After I turned that on, the game worked great. You might want to add an error message asking the user to enable JavaScript JIT if it’s disabled.

Also, I went back to play June 11th’s puzzle. It’s Copy Result is correct for the this puzzle, except the date listed in the Copy Result is the current puzzle’s date instead. I played this just before midnight on June 24th.

Well, that’s an interesting game. This was easy because there are a lot of letters to guess, but I could see this being difficult with short game titles.

You’re mostly right. Fewer, bigger balloons means less balloon material to hold the same amount of helium.

However, Valentyna barely has any midair control at all. She relies on basically jumping in the direction she wants to go, or the crowd pushing her the right way. Maybe if she pulls down one of her balloons and holds it closer to her, she could change the balloons’ angle of attack while jumping. Strategically let go of that balloon to make its line go slack for a split second, letting her drop a few feet. That’s probably the extent of Valentyna’s control.

If anyone in the theatre has an air vortex cannon, they could control Valentyna’s flight a lot more than she could.

That sounds cool, but it’s broken for me. The Reddit login page gives me a 500 server error. I want to point my old subreddit at my Mbin magazine, but it seems to require logging in with Reddit to do much of anything.

My first thought is that someone else brought the two of us here to kill us. They already got this stranger, and they’re coming back to kill me too.

So, I’d quietly gather some survival supplies and sneak out of the house. Once I can hide far enough away from the house, I’d find a phone and call the police.

It doesn’t even cross my mind that I could be the killer until someone accuses me of it. I’ve never met that person, so why would I even lay a finger on them? I’d just tell people what I know as accurately as I can. No, I don’t know how I got there, honest!
