2·20 days agoBeautifully articulated. I don’t think much of the old humor holds up but I can at least give it respect for being borne out of a desire to create for creation’s sake. I can’t give the same to much (most?) of all modern stuff for the sinister reasons detailed here.

It’s hard to move. It isn’t like the EU where you’re a few hours away from everything. I’ve wanted to move to the EU for years now but it’s really really hard for me to work toward it since there are so many things made harder when it takes 20+ hours for me to travel.
Hear hear. People are trying to live their lives and grapple with the universe in a way that they can cope with. But the institutions themselves are evil, barbaric relics that belong in history books.

2·2 months agoI’ve had a pleasant experience with my anker dock and tcl TV. My only issue is that the resolution upgrade can make the performance worse depending on the game.
