A grand jury is a sort of sanity check on a charge, and does not count towards the trial. It is basically “with these facts (provided only by the prosecution), is there enough probable cause to move a case to trial?”. Double jeopardy in the 5th amendment has specific protections from going to trial multiple times or from getting multiple punishments for a crime.

Hell, R was being used in colleges in 2000. Unfortunately, whether it was SPSS for the soft sciences or forcing stats work in Matlab for the engineers, professors always seemed bad at promoting the right tool for the job.

While I do love prismacolor (mentioned in the other reply), if you’re looking to save a little bit of money, I enjoy Derwent Coloursoft. They are wax based, so they do have limits on layering; however they go down easy and blend well up until that point.

When employees of a store/factory/etc decide to unionize, there’s a point at which a specific larger union can be chosen to represent them (AFL-CIO, IBEW, Teamsters, etc). If successful, this is what allows for collective bargaining led by a union representative.
