Libertarians get so many people to support their idea by saying they’re going to make drugs legal by making no laws.
It’s a great back door .

Your argument is that the law is not evenly applied , so just don’t have laws. So any law rich people don’t like should just be eliminated.

There are good reason to leaglize things, rich people want to do it is NOT a good reason.

I’m not a libertarian and it shows. You do yourself as libertarians do. Laws should be applied equally to rich and poor. Just because a rich person can do it doesn’t mean we stop enforcing laws. Think of all the absolute shit things that Trump did and now say yes everyone can do them. That what you are arguing for.
It doesn’t make things better. It makes them worse .
If you want sensible drug laws fight for those . Don’t argue that as long as a rich person can get away with it everyone should. That a libertarian wonderland and I really don’t want to live there. But then again more people agree with you in the USA than don’t.
