You can just use Topgrade and it’ll update your entire system, including everything from your oh-my-$shell, pip, flatpak, snap etc

Lutris runs games with bunch of stuff like their runtime, dxvk, vkd3d, dxvk-nvapi, dgvoodoo etc I think checking your lutris settings for what all is enabled and running the game using those may help
