The unnecessary commas.

argh_another_username@lemmy.cato News@lemmy.world•US Customs and Border Protection Plans to Photograph Everyone Exiting the US by Car11·2 天前I think the problem is that when you cross the border to, let’s say, Canada, the agent you’re presenting your passport is Canadian. There’s nothing on the American side.
I’ve always thought all the information is exchanged between countries.
So, now we’re gonna see two rows of agents. The first American for the exit and the second, Canadian for the entrance. But that would create a buffer of no man’s land between the rows. Things can get interesting there.
I THINK It’s Wang’s Noodle House, but I can’t be sure.
I actually don’t know. I was passing by and hungry. They’re very small, with like four or five tables only. But I’ll make sure I’ll go back there next time I’m in the city.
Edit: Looking at photos, I THINK it’s Wang’s Noodle House.
If you ever go to Ottawa, there’s a noodle bar in the ByWard Market that’s amazing. The guy stretches the noodles the moment you ask. Simple ingredients, amazing taste.

No, we Canadians don’t want America, specially the red part. Well, maybe Alaska. That part is OK, they have king crab.

argh_another_username@lemmy.cato Gaming@lemmy.world•Can you *believe* how those Nords stereotype us?English150·6 天前I think that’s the joke.
They’re marginalized by society, they need to resort to illegal stuff to survive. In the end, that’s a vicious cycle that affects many of us, too.
argh_another_username@lemmy.cato Canada@lemmy.ca•GameStop Canada bought by Quebec toy maker, to be rebranded EB Games6·6 天前Here in Quebec I remember also seeing some stores changing their names to EBX I think. I knew it was something to do with Game Stop selling their Canadian assets. Changing the name to Game Stop would potentially violate the law 101.
Now that I’ve been presented to “that EMT guy”, (@emtbadge502) all I can think is “…. NO.”
That’s more or less the time I started using Linux.

Probably first time doing it and he didn’t even try at home before going camping. When those foldable kayaks started popping out on Amazon, I saw a couple arriving with two at a lake. They spent like 20 minutes trying to assemble them and ended up giving up.
I have the AirPod pro. It has a feature called transparency, where it transfers the ambient sound into the ear, plus the music, so it should be like you aren’t using anything. The problem is, the frequencies are not the same. I start hearing louder noises in higher frequencies. I think I understand what you go through with the air dryer.

The ship building is convoluted, difficult to establish where the doors/passageways will be. My beef is with the guns selection. We have several classes of guns but they all get mixed up in the menu.
I thought the story was weak as hell, to say the least.
Have you played No Man’s Sky? That’s how you have a good transition between space and land. Having loading screens when entering a big building doesn’t bother me. But the bugs in having or not doors and being or not in a place without atmosphere, does.
