This probably doesn’t matter, but I’m neither terminally online nor am I from US. And I do recommend everybody to watch John Oliver, it’s usually relevant to everybody.

Everything mentioned in this I’ve already seen covered elsewhere, for the most part by John Oliver. Don’t see why it’s being spammed all over Lemmy. Just because this particular piece was being supposed we gotta “stick it to the man” and share it among the dozens of lemmings?
Green color and less pointy corners definitely makes it look more friendly.
But all of them can equally be partnered with any other, because if you don’t count the right angle difference they all have the same amount of differences and are equally “chill”.
Yes, that’s exactly what I said. B doesn’t have those things you mentioned, meaning A and C do.
I would go with C, because:
A) Not filled
B) Doesn’t have 4 sides/corners (or sum of angles is less than 360 deg.)
C) Isn’t red AND the only shape with all right(ish) angles
So C is most unlike the others.
What kind of cat eats rice? Mine barely eats cat food…
Umm, I’m sorry to be the one to tell you, guys, but my PC has that exact BIOS screen and it’s 10 years old. They aren’t that “new”.
What do you mean “no”? Your cat-owning neighbors don’t maintain a cat toilet, do they? Just as I said, so “yes”.
It’s just your specific case. If you have an outdoor cat you also don’t have to maintain a cat toilet.
Affordability is a Democrat hoax.
Careful, you might summon John Oliver.

It used to be a really popular subject of discussion in normal-people-internet a couple years ago when it was released.
That checks out.
Source: am photon.
I have actually seen that video. But my simplification is still correct, except that I should’ve used the word “behaves”. Because for the purposes of how it will behave the simplification shows the effects clearly.
If not touched the photon goes through both slits and interacts with itself, which is still super weird. Basically, it’s a wave if not touched, but a particle if touched.
I didn’t say I’m not online, but I’m not “terminally online”. Also, IMO “most people” are more online than me, they just don’t read/watch informative stuff.
