I don’t think I’ve ever seen “community” abbreviated as “muni”
I feel like if AI is gonna be used in games in the future, they should implement it in the opposite way. Use it to make different stories and characters to populate a world someone actually created.
The Mantella mod for Skyrim is what I’d want out of AI video games in the future. That thing is kind of a beast imo, as you can use it to generate completely brand new stories and quests. This General Sam video where he plays through Skyrim with the mod, talking to any and all animals he comes across, really makes it feel like an entirely new type of game. I mean, he goes into a bear den after some town guards killed a different one, convinced one of the cave bears to follow him to town to get revenge for killing it, and even had a conversation with the bear over which healing spell “felt” better.
What does that title even mean? I’m a little shocked that an OF repost bot gets so much attention on Lemmy.
This is a solid game for how cheap it goes on sale regularly. I mean it’s pretty old now, but still.
Multiplayer can be fun, but there are a lot of bots. The Galactic Conquest mode (the Clone War one that’s more like the classic BF games) can kinda drag for a really long time in some matches, but it’s still pretty fun to jump in and start blasting.
Pool, sprinkler, or sweat? Either way looking super fun and sexy!
Cause I’m not cooking noodles backwards
When I worked two jobs, I’d take the bus from one to the other and it would always take like an hour and a half. One day I decided to walk it, cause it was only a couple miles (also cause the bus driver straight up passed right by me while I was sitting on the bus stop bench waiting for them), maybe a little more than a mile and a half. Took me 45 minutes, maybe.
The first few levels of Pirate’s Life are fantastic imo. Especially that first one when you’re going through the cave and listening to the voiceover… I got chills when I first played it. It was just really fun for me and I can’t really explain why. I liked how they got the original voices to record some new lines for the quest/level too.
And I really like the “DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES” guy.
That has stopped literally no one from trying to make arrests before.
They not only removed the campaign the game originally shipped with, but also those first two expansions we bought. So many people defended Bungie when they straight up deleted the content, but everyone was still stupidly hopeful that it would make a return someday. I knew from the beginning of the “vaulting” that there was no “vault,” and they just actually deleted huge chunks of the game from everyone’s systems.
Again?
First it was Hellraid (tbh I’m still really salty about that one)
Johnson?
Destiny 1 and 2. I should have learned my lesson with the first game, but the hype train picked me up anyway.
If you just want to laugh at some crass jokes and bullshit, I’d suggest Cum Town. It’s since ended, but you can find full episodes uploaded on YouTube, and there are some great bits.
Like Ben Shapiro getting assaulted by Mr. Feeny, or when they bullshit around about Gene Roddenberry being an absolute pimp, or when they’re making fun of Jordan Peterson
It feels like it’s been 20 years since I first heard about Flint and their water.
I guess it was when I was just in high school ten years ago. Damn.
Holy shit, it’s only been, what? At least 20 years?
Also Tiny Tina was actually a fuckin blast to play through. It doesn’t drag like some of the main games do, the humor is actually fun because you’re basically playing a game within a game and it works as far as D&D stuff goes imo.
Also I actually liked being able to customize my character for once. I don’t know about the other voices, but I actually really liked the douchey/cocky voice I ended up going with. There are some fun lines for different quests and such.
I should’ve been more clear in my original comment. Like create a main story and everything, but then you can also include the AI to create stories and quests on top of those that would already be in the game.
