Bernie is idolized on the left for his character, for good reason. And even then, he’s not above scrutiny. When he was investigated for that banking stuff, everyone said “do it”.

I have a lot of problems with it. Between the “story” and the copy-paste map. I would rather the game didn’t exist, because at least then they could make a follow up to 5’s end.

I really don’t want to spoil your fun if you’re enjoying it though. A lot of the gameplay elements are fun to play around with.

Halo 5 had a lot of problems. Bit it’s a damned masterpiece compared to Infinite.

Halo 5 had great gunplay, Warzone Firefight was a blast, the Guardians were a great stand-in for the Halo rings, Cortana was an intimidating enemy by the end of the game, the lootboxes were actually better than the armor cores and marketplace from Infinite.

There are A LOT of negatives in there too. But a lot of positives. Infinite is just a shitshow from the beginning.

I understand that donors/alumni want their kids to have tiebreaker rights. But it should have been banned the moment the DEI considerations were outright banned.

I’m glad there are other options. I have Sling TV for about half the year for college football. If they touch it, I’m jumping to Hulu or Fubo.

But I really don’t want anything that will support Fox News, which most do. I don’t even subscribe to Sling Blue for that reason.

I don’t think it even makes sense financially. There’s not really a first part for people to get excited about compared to Midgar in 7. 9 is more of a full package game.

I think it made sense for 7. Midgar was the most interesting set piece and a ton of stuff happens there. But it’s only like 10% of the game.

Then you collect side characters like infinity stones and to through a bunch of their individual stories.

Then the actual story happens.

Also, 7 is popular enough to support the split up.

This doesn’t make sense for 9. Also, isn’t it supposed to be a 1 for 1 remake?

So you’re saying, because it would rip straight to another cartridge, it could be argued it’s streamlining distribution?

I would hope that a court would see through that argument. There’s a pretty good track record of allowing personal use of personal property. But I wouldn’t be surprised either if they convinced a court that this was explicitly for distribution purposes.

Is it illegal to rip a game that you own onto a device that you own? My understanding is that’s 100% legal, not gray area at all. The only issue would be if you distributed it.

I don’t think that’s true with how much support they give to their first party titles. I mean, their console exclusives are top-tier.

I like it. Tell them to vote, then encourage them to vote for Harris (especially if you’re in a swing state).

I think the debate over it is somewhat interesting. I can think it’s valid or misguided. But Chappell, specifically, requires no defense. Even if you disagree with her non-endorsement, that’s like the most minor complaint you could have. She’s still solidly voting for Harris and stated as much, which is just as good.

74 million people voted for Trump in 2020 after one of the worst presidential terms in U.S. history, stripping federal protections and pushing radical anti-LGBTQ+ judges into every level of government. And the two candidates are still tied in the polls, despite only adding an insurrection and convictions to his resume. That’s the problem.
