It’s certainly more content but I’m not so sure there’s that much well-intentioned human-human discussion anymore. A lot of comments strike me as generic comments like those that could’ve been generated by a bot or a person working from script. I’ve begun noticing it on the local sub I usually check, as well. Until they wall it off it is still full of useful old references from a couple years ago, though.
I think there are probably a lot of Zionists in her district.
[edit] I don’t get the reason for the downvotes? She represents a district located in NYC. -A city thats well known for it’ orthodox Jewish and ultra-orthodox hasidic populations. Is it unreasonable to think that AOC might represent some of that population whilst some of the same population also might maintain pro-Zion values?
Is that a serious question? If it was, then Labor costs is the short answer. The longer answer would also include unmatched economies of scale at every step in the supply chain leading up to the final manufactured product as well. So their cheap labor also gets them cheap components.
Not me. Last night I was stopped from making a triple digit purchase of a product I didn’t need because the Pay-by-card feature was broken (in Firefox and Ungoogled Chromium) and I wasn’t about to set up a Google-Pay or a Sezzle account just to complete that transaction. That’s a WIN in my book.
There’s no financial incentive in doing that, so it’s going to disproportionately be politicians moving to the right.
hmmm, seems clunky. I’m not sure that will work as a very good slogan.
Do you have a shorter way of saying it without miscommunicating your overall message?
More like 24 years… or longer. I was initially thinking of Bush II in addition to the influences of The Capital G, but We didn’t start the fire was the anthem of the younger baby-boomers and older Gen-xers so…
Tangentially, I’m confident that The Patriot Act was only aloud to expire because the mechanisms it used were replaced by new technological, and societal developments that were equally harmful to civil rights.

My first thought was ‘fake account’ but i’d believe it to be a photoshopped graphic as well.
Of course! How could anyone forget.
I wouldn’t be too quick to rule out mismanagement from an incompetent owner.
There might be a TerrestrialNoodle if we give it enough time.
Are you suggesting that we won’t eat our Arborvitaes?
Disc-rot. -It happens but it’s not as common as its made out to be. In my collection it’s only occured in 2 out of 500+ discs.
apparently xbox 360 discs were particularly susceptible.
Does anyone know where it is that we can find these new commands? I have an esp32 dev kit just a few feet away from me as i read this. It might be interesting to know what these new product “features” are.
oh, man I was there for the first time ever just two weeks ago. I wanted to stop at a boutique liquor store I had found listed online. I was shocked to see the number of abandoned/dilapidated structures. The liquor store actually happened to be located in a newish out-building on the same lot of one of these abandoned mansions. The store was very nice as was the staff, but I was left with a lot of questions that were all pretty-much answered when I read online that Birmingham is also known as The Pittsburgh of the South.
Harris didn’t even get 1/2 of 1% of the popular vote in either of the two states she primaried in for 2020. Still she somehow became the VP and eventually the presumptive presidential nominee of 2024.
I feel like this is worth reminding people.
This strikes me as a good idea since part of what the FAFSA accounts for is overall attempted credit-hours. Note I did not say overall attempted credit-hours payed for by student aid. It’s possible to run out of student aid simply because you or your family covered the cost of classes yourself in the past.
Also, as others have pointed out the FAFSA doesn’t just qualify a person for loans, but grants also like the Pell Grant which at least 30% of all students qualify for.
