You need to search for local mutual aid organizations, leftist (not liberal) gun clubs (even if you don’t own a gun, you need to understand their operation and safe handling), and become familiar with secure digital communication, which does take constant research until you’re plugged in.

Beyond that, seek out training in first aid, have emergency supplies, and think about ways your current skill set can be useful in unrest/collapse and expand upon it.

I’m not sure where you got the idea I didn’t think there aren’t Latino Americans, lol. Hell, there’s a whole island of Latino Americans that are born citizens. I didn’t fall for any racist trope, either, I was partially raised by Latinos. I happen to be very aware of how the poison of religion has caused a conservative bent among many Latinos.
