They announcement price versus what they are at now.
Dual Motor AWD: $49,900 => $79,990
Tri-Motor AWD: $69,900 => $99,990

Well no…cause they advertised it as a base price so I kept like and like together. That 60K price is for the RWD model that isn’t even out yet. The AWD model starts at just shy of 80K.
Until your Cybertruck is delivered, you may cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund of your pre-order payment.
Who would have thought the preorders all dried up when they advertised it at $39,900 but launched it at $60,990.
EV’s already weigh more than most of their ICE equivalents. I don’t think we want even heavier chemistries in them. You could reduce the battery capacity to keep the weight down but then it’s a double hit to range.
Heck a Model S weighs more than a fair number of F150’s on the road.
Model S: 4,323-4,960 lbs
F150: 4,021-5,540 lbs
Oddly enough Hell Divers 2 does this…which nobody would call realistic in any other way.
I was in the ‘no taste’ crowd until I cut soda out of my diet and just cut way back on sugar in general. These are a decent substitute and they have plenty of flavor.
When you’re use to the 40-50 grams of sugar in a soda it’s hard to compete. Kinda like smokers actually being able to smell and taste stuff after they quit.
Edit: typo
This is already being worked on with STIR/SHAKEN. Very similar to certificates with websites. You want to place a call as a certain number? Where is your proof you own that number? Now we’ll place your call. Your cell’s recent call list should already be showing little check marks on certain callers. Those are authenticated.
I see this question a lot and the answer is always highly specific to what equipment you have. It looks like turning up the center channel was a solution for you.
Another thing to try would be setting the crossover on the center channel so that it doesn’t play anything below a certain frequency. Most center channels aren’t made for bass so trying to make them play it muddles them. The room correction should be doing this but they’re weird sometimes. Some let you choose the exact frequency and others have a small/large designation for each speaker. With ‘large’ being able to play lower so you might try ‘small’ if that’s a thing. I’ve also found that using the room measurement/correction feature locks you out of certain settings sometimes. So that’s a pain…
My center channel is a massive quad woofer, dual tweeter monster…dialog isn’t an issue for me. It’s actually turned down 3dB. I also suspect part of this is D+…cause I own that movie on Blu-ray and the 7.1 DTS-HDMA track there is fine.

I’m not sure if that’s what they’re talking about or not. The use of u-turn here is weird. The ‘pissing people off part’ makes me think it’s what I usually see people do.
They come up to a red light, they turn right, make a u-turn, and turn right again. Which is basically the same as having driven straight through the original red light to begin with.

I’d be questioning the sanity of a gamer that needs to buy something from every generation of card released(I don’t understand buying a phone yearly either). If they use it to turn a profit and gaming is a convenient side benefit then fine. That or they just have larger than average discretionary funds.
I went from a Titan X(2015) to a 3080(2020). It’s 2025 now and the 3080 is still doing just fine. I upgrade when something I want to play doesn’t perform well…I’m not there yet.
