I have the hots for Porco Rosso
I think it’s so funny people are having long debates in this comment section and it’s essentially just saying a wealthy guy may or may not be able to fly to the EU because he did something.
Literally nothing has happened and I gotta read 87 paragraphs about whether I should be a free speech absolutist or not,
Russia blew up their own pipeline cause Putin is cray Zee! Also Joe Biden said so!
It actually makes me so angry that Israel gives religious exceptions, but you can’t have a moral one. What the fuck how does that contradiction not start a civil war
No it isn’t. Venezuela is one of the most sanctioned nations in the world.
Diapers are straight up more valuable and less dangerous than the phone you type on. Do you like Cholera outbreaks?
I can’t wait to be scolded into voting on a single candidate ballot.
They mix petrochemicals and other raw materials from other nations.
Oil smoothies ain’t good.
Why would you say that about Brett Stephen’s?
I will agree that raw red onion consumes all flavor in a dish, but a yellow onion diced and sautéed improved almost every savory dish it’s in.
god handed him a prescription
In like 2018 pod Jons started an entire new series about litigating the previous election. Their big idea a progressive candidate who is even more progressive, cooler, hipper than Bernie. They declared Kamala as the perfect candidate.
My bad, let’s switch BP with Exxon Mobil. As is, The country is dominated by imperial powers. I genuinely do not care what Venezuela is doing there because I am aware that the US and Britain have been meddling there in a far greater capacity. I also live in the west, so my countries leader probably has diplomatic ties to England or the US and is currently sanctioning Venezuela. I’d say my voice would go a lot further discussing the west ties to these nation rather than a nation like Venezuela where the only course left for the west is military engagement. It’s almost like you are rooting for western military intervention, and that comes across as an odd place to be on an anti imperialist forum.
(Yea They Nationalized things but we’re then overthrown in well documented election interference campaigns to elect neoliberal. Look at a map and see who is drilling for these resources, it’s Exxon Mobil.)
The topic is about Guyana. A 21st century British colony that essentially had a form of plantation slavery in 1970. Almost all its trade still goes to England as it did in the 17th century. This is not a sovereign nation. Does British Petroleum have the right to rule wherever they want?
Where do I go in 15 years when my kids are drafted to fight for the noble polish invasion of Kaliningrad?
If you live in the northeast and ski or surf then you love the sport more than anyone on the west coast. Those spoiled people out west with their good weather, good conditions, and clean breaks would never go out in what we go out in.
Okay that makes more sense. And I like the link you added, and just finished reading it over! I just used the word and thought I was on blast
I have no idea what you are telling me, but the guy clicked on an article about Cuba, clearly didn’t read the article, and tried to make Cuba sound as bad as empire states in his comment. I feel like that’s a whataboutism and I’m not a pervert. 🙏
Unless you are trying to count every single soldier in history as a mercenary, then you are wrong.
He was working for the Cuban government, on sanctioned actions to advise guerrilla groups in some of the poorest nations on earth. That’s very much not what a mercenary does. He fought against mercenaries in the Congo.
It’s also funny you need to bring up a person from 50 years ago to do your “whataboutism” on Cuba.
Remember when everyone was so scared of polio and then all of the sudden we stopped talking about it?🤔
