If you were 18, and got caught having sex with your 17 year old girl/boy friend. Would you be happy to be placed into the same category of horrible human beings as Ian Watkins…?

Only because online people are dumb as fuck. They cant process the nuance of basic arguments. They just want simple clickable buzzwords to like, share and subscribe. This is why we now have some of the dumbest cunts in the world claiming that 25 year old “children” cant consent…
Rape of woman, rape of a teenager, rape of a child, rape of a baby. To put these under one umbrella term is fucking weird. Its like saying “Americans voted for Trump”. Its true, but its not accurate. And Im pretty fucking sure theres a lot of Americans would take issue with that statement.
Everyone just needs to take a page out of the UK play book, and call him a fucking nonce!

71·3 hours agoI suppose the most obvious example is men in sheds. It somethings that was created especially to deal with the issue of male loneliness, especially amongst the older community. Basis for being single gender, was to address those older gents who feel pressures to act a certain way around women. This was that one place they could go and just hang out doing wood working and what not. It was for men to make connections with other men, because men, seemingly, struggle with making or even keeping connections.
Enter the women, who think its sexist. Who think that men dont need just time to themselves. Theres mixed sex and single sex(female) things all over the place. But some women see men only spaces, and think “Not on my fucking watch!!!”.
Every day we talk about mens mental health, then some gaggle of cave brained cunts turns up to tell men how they have to sort their own shit out. Men in sheds did just that. Then it got popular, and then that same gaggle of cave brained cunts turns up talking about how male only spaces are toxic… Rinse, repeat, ad Infinium

Why cant men have male on spaces? Why can we have our man caves? And if we do, why is it a a bad thing?
Theres a guardian hit piece on the “disappointing” vote to have one of the last remaining gentlemans clubs remain male only. They also have a little go at “mostly white” like thats a fucking crime as well.
Same thing happened at the Flyers club. Men only for 141 years, then all of a sudden women want in and its sexist not to let them.
We cant even just play fucking video games, without getting hammered over the head about how its childish and that we need to grow up. God fucking forbid, we have a fucking hobby and some fun together.

32·4 hours ago“You could hurt me” is an insult. The amount of men who hurt women, is low. Its really fucking low. But for some reason, we all have to carry the water for that low number.
Its sexist. Its no different than if I said I didnt want to be alone with a woman because she might claim I raped her. How likely is that? Not very. And I say that as someone that it did happen to. The idea that men are an inherent risk, is sexist. And Im just sick of pretending its not.
I you cross the street from someone because they are black, we call that racist. But when its man, all of sudden the excuses come thick and fucking fast.

79·4 hours agoWomen enters men only space = stunning and brave
Man enters women only space = sexist and misogynistic and low key sexual assault…
Also, online, womens only spaces are usually just as toxic as fuck as any incel space. We just dont call them what they are. So, IMO, some rules need to take a big long hard suck of societies asshole.
The uncanny, isnt limited to her wig. She looks like a Simpsons character made a wish on a Zoltar machine to be real person.
Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, The wheel of Time, have all been huge nerd properties. They were each in their own way, fantastic, and each of them destroyed by someone who either didnt understand them, or wanted to turn them into something else.
I fear the very same thing is about to befall one more 90s/00s nerd show. God knows what theyre about to do to Buffy, but I fear for that one as well.
No, dude. Thats one of those observations, you dim fuckwit. Honestly, your efforts here, are beyond embarrassing. You might as well be hitting back with “Im rubber, youre glue…” youre so fucking weak. Honestly, your comeback are so fucking weak, can I only assume that your parents didnt give enough of a fuck about you to bother teaching you anything. As long as youve got functional kidneys they can harvest for the child they do like, thats the only reason they keep you around.
Your comeback to this will probably be something like “haha, Im only child, stupidhead!”. Thats your level. Thats where you top out. And thats why you cant admit you were wrong. Because the weak minded are terrified of being wrong. They just hold on to shit like squirrels hold onto nuts in the winter. Your self worth, your self value is so fucking pathetic, youve jumped into this argument with false information, but refuse to admit that you got it wrong, because then youd have to part ways with your support team. All the other cave brained cunts who look for anything they can to shit on JK, instead of just focusing on what she actually says and does on the issues that you… SAY, you have an issue with.
But lets be honest, if you were to fall into a gang of racist proud boys, youd be shoving a dildo up your arse to “own the libs” right now, would ya? Thats you. Thats who you are. Or as the Jewish people would say, “Youre a shmuck.” meaning discarded penis skin after a circumcision. Except that they wouldnt say that, because thats not what it means. Thats just something the internet made up and spread around, and muppets like you repeated to the point that everyone thinks its true. Whats it like being THAT fucking stupid? Whats it like being so fucking stupid, that your sibling hopes their kidneys hold up because the idea of having any part of you inside them is terrifying in case you infect them with your stupid?
Go on, say something witty now. Something that the internet has told you is super clever… Im sure it will be worth the wait, wont it spare parts?
If they are mean spirited, its a reason to complain. Outside that stereotypes can be anything you need them to be. They can reduce cognitive load in storytelling, or a cultural reference point to explore or subvert. Let me ask you, do you get upset at grumpy detectives? Eccentric scientists? Italians who eat family meals together? Do you attack people who make jokes about emails from Nigerians? New Yorkers being assholes, or Texans talking about stuff being bigger? Teachers who care about their students?
Stereotypes are everywhere. And we dont say anything, because we know they are just tools in writing. Or mildly entertaining gags. Theres a dude on youtube playing “Uncle Roger”, a stereotyped Chinese Malaysian. Over 10m people subbed to his channel. Are they all racist? Should we be boycotting a dude for making a funny character that shits on Jamie Oliver?
And what about subversion? When stereotypes are used to trick the audience into thinking a character is one thing, but they are really something else? Do you get offended then too?
But what about people who reenforce stereotypes? Sean Hayes might not be Jack McFarlane, but he does embody a lot of gay stereotypes. Should we all be coming with pitchforks for him? What about Graham Norton?
Or can we allow for the fact that stereotypes start in truth and grow from there? And the real issue is when we use stereotypes to cause harm? Ie, being mean spirited. You can make jokes about stereotypes, the question is are they coming from a good place? Or are they mean spirited? In the UK and Ireland, we make fun of each others stereotypes all the time. The Welsh shag sheep, the Scots are always drunk on the cheapest booze, the Irish are always drunk and blow shit up, and the English are all stuck up wankers and football hooligans. None of it is taken seriously, no one is clutching their pearls. And we all get on just fine. If you look to North America, Americans all think they are number 1 at everything while the Canadians are overly polite and pushovers.
The real issue, IMO, is the modern day internet user is too fucking stupid to understand that stereotypes are just that. But then you have all the people claiming that being a boomer makes you a cunt. Or that being right wing makes you a bad guy, and left wing a good guy. That being pro womens rights, means you are anti trans rights. Or that being pro trans means you hate kids or any of the other million or so other things you all get so worked up about every single fucking day in the search for worthless internet points. Seemingly none of you have any idea about the complexity of the human being. That one idea or trait or position, doesnt make you all things associated with that one thing. Im Scottish, I dont drink at all. Im Glaswegian, but my accent isnt so strong that you need subtitles to understand me. I dont have red hair either. I am none of the popular stereotypes said about the group I am in. But I can see the joke, if something makes it. Can you? Or do you just clutch your pearls, and assume that someone is saying something evil against you?
As for Seamus, Harry Potter was written between 1990 and 1992… Unfuckingclench.
When I say “You people” I mean spoon eating cunts, that cant think for themselves and just roam around the internet bashing their fucking skulls into the keyboard hoping to get upvotes, because their self worth is so fucking low that its the only way they can feel good about themselves.
As double downs go… yikes.
This is one of those examples of people reading something on reddit/twitter/facebook, and spreading it around like a fucking moron. That “set”, is a real place. Its the Australia House in London. That is its actual floor.
The movie:

The real place:

It has fuck all to do with Jewish people, or the Star of David. That Geometric shape can be found all over the world. Islamic art, Christian churches, Hindu mandalas, Medieval alchemy, Occult diagrams, Western architectural ornament, Victorian floor tiles, mosaics, stained glass. The list is endless.
Now, lets see you double down. Cos we all know you people cant ever admit you are wrong about something. This will be fun…
No one seems to have had any issue with the stereotyping didnt seem to appear until the internet decided she was a cunt. The reality is that the character is one of the better ones in the book. Yes, hes stereotyped and the blowing up gags are a lot. But the character is never shat on. Never made to be the butt of the joke. Hes shown to be brave, funny, loyal. He grows up over the course of the books, and his character goes through some shit.
The main issue seems to be that Americans dont understand, that people over here arent so thin skinned. We can take jokes about stereotypes on the chin. Pretty much everyone in the book is stereotyped in some way. But none of it ever comes across as mean spirited.
Its all just “JK bad” shit. Instead of focusing on her, the things she says and does. People want to make out like everything she ever did was shit. Its silly.

Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•Is it gay to have pleasurable sex with your wife?
1·2 days agoIronically, that kinda is what he said. The meme is misrepresenting what he actually said, for some reason. Without getting too deep into it, he basically said that sex that wasnt for the express purpose of making babies, was “gay sex”. The mention of orgasms, was in relation to this. Not about his wife, or about not giving your wife orgasms. Just that having sex only to have orgasms was “gay sex”.
So, yes, he basically said that anyone having sex that wasnt about making babies, was gay…

Reading is hard, when youre so desperate to make a point that no one made, right?
