The wing is the WRX STI, the rest of the car is the attachment.

I’m amazed! There is actually more than one car like that. I saw one with a similar “This is to compensate for my sub-inch penis spoiler” (but in a different color and place) and though it was a one-of-a-kind abomination. Looks like I’m wrong.
