Then the stacked courts get to decide what is official and private, so private is effectively immune as well. What a fucking shitshow.

Everything is official and anyone can be killed to prove it such, officially. Immunity doesn’t need to be proven, it exists and it’s up to you to prove otherwise. Fuck off until proven otherwise.
