10/10 would try
While I get that others are grossed out by it, this looks fucking delicious to me.
As long as it’s roasted to the point where you can squish it with a fork, it should be good. Just 1/3 the amount of garlic would be enough for me though.
That is because it kinda looks like a brain. Once you realize it’s actually all garlic it stops looking delicious.

I think that you’ve accidentally created a variant of mujdei, a traditional Romanian garlic sauce which every household does slightly differently.
Isn’t mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.

Yeah if that garlic was roasted then I would be down. Though I woo probably have mashed it into a paste and put that on the bread.

GARLIC
(bread)
This is a train wreck trying to pass itself off as a Lamborghini. No oil, no butter, they are not roasted nor cooked nor prepared correctly (all the hard ends still on). Roast the garlic, make a paste with oil, salt and pepper and then you may be a bit closer to heaven.
With a chicken broth as a starter it’s not so bad
That would be delicious. Some cracked black pepper and sea salt. Butter or olive oil for sure.
If you eat this much garlic your sweat is going to smell garlic for a week
That is how that garlic power up works in vampire survivors
If those are roasted or caramelized that looks fucking delicious. I can never get enough of those little fuckers on my pizza.
I want to try it!
If it’s mushy, I will gobble it down
