Path of exile scratches that diablo itch for me. It’s a game where I have fun smashing shit for like 3-6 weeks and then I leave it for 3-4 years before I get that itch again. It’s the perfect gaming relationship.
I would probably be a lot more into PoE if I understood how to use trade bots. I was big into trade merchanting for a while, but only far enough to do it manually, which was fun but tedious.
My brother-in-law nailed it: watching people play D4 just makes me want to go back to playing Path Of Exile, and that’s not necessarily a good thing.
