I like Snapchat, it encourages video communications really well. Of course many other platforms have video, but the fact that by default, there’s not going to be a saved log of you being dumb on video really gets people to engage. I know it’s possible to save snaps and other platforms have a ‘delete after’ option for video. But Snapchat just makes it so easy to send a dumb snap to a friend and really inconvenient for them to share it with someone you don’t want.

I’d love to get rid of snapchat but it’s my best friend’s favourite method of communication. Same for discord. And whatsapp for my family.
