Epomaker makes some nice boards. Th80 pro is around 90 bucks. I happily used mine for a long time before upgrading to the rt100 for the numpad.

Keychron is also good on a budget, but epomaker feels more solid to me.
I feel the same. However, if Mac compatibly matters to you go for the keychron
