Lemmy has an NSFW toggle. The only reason it doesn’t have any adult content is that nobody is posting any (and that nobody has set up an adult community yet). There are several Mastodon instances dedicated to porn so it’s not like the wider Fediverse is strictly opposed to it either.
Your friendly, local site admin may not want to deal with the moderation challenges that come with porn, though. If you want it, you may need to (convince/pay someone to) set up a dedicated adult content friendly server.
