Try a white noise machine, or listen to an audiobook for a book you’ve already read. I find listening to a book helps reduce anxiety, and if I’m still awake, at least I’m enjoying listening to a book. Listening to something you’ve already read before removes most active thinking about what might happen in the book and helps you sleep.

I’m currently listening through the entire ‘Realm of the Elderlings’ series, and previously listened to the entire ‘Wheel of Time’. Wheel of Time took me about 2 years to get through while falling asleep.

Good suggestions. I usually drug myself to sleep and just a fan for white noise. My anxiety disorder is extreme and life altering.
