“Give and you may receive” well I’ve given so much, when will I receive? Or is this some brain thingy where I’ve been receiving so much, but I don’t realize it. Fucking hell.

You’ve given us almost 100 posts and over 200 comments — you really have given a lot, even to just the fediverse. I don’t know what I can give in return, so I’ll give your blog a visit and here’s my thanks for giving us good content.

Sometimes you have to be the one helping you. I hope you find your way, and love and look after you like you want someone else to do. 🫂

To give unto others is what allows you to hear the words you’ve been needing. You receive the help and kindness you want by hearing yourself when you give it to those around you. It is not about being owed or due for the kindness of another, but in finding the kindness for yourself through the service to others.

but in finding the kindness for yourself through the service to others.

Fastest way to find the cruelty and greed in others.

Of course there will be those those that take advantage. But just as people will take advantage of social programs, I still advocate for them. And I still stand by my belief that you find your worth in the way you treat others.
