I watched this in real time on teevee. I’ve never found a sport with a fraction of the excitement of hockey. Amazing shit. It’s probably the longest backhand, like, the furthest out, I’ve ever seen.

Wow. The game has changed a lot. It’s seems so much crisper on the passing now. Also their pads don’t look nearly as huge.
Hitting was probably bigger back in the day though …
Hitting was bigger, but notice nobody has their head down up against the wall or in the corner. They protected themselves rather than trusting the refs to do so.
